Cost for attending Six Weeks to Us is $149 per couple and includes the full six weeks of the program. You may register online to participate from your home or select a participating local group setting at a church or parish hall.

Six weeks may not sound long, but in Scripture it’s exactly the amount of time God often uses to create lasting transformation.  Unlike an overnight retreat or counseling session where everything can feel rushed, Six Weeks to Us spreads learning over time, allows deeper reflection, and gives time to practice. You'll meet once a week - online at home or in your parish or church with the same group - and work privately between sessions using dialogue guides and couple activities.

In the Six Weeks to Us program, you’ll learn practical tools to strengthen your connection as a couple. We’ll cover everything from improving communication and understanding each other’s needs to building deeper intimacy and managing conflict in a healthy way. Each week builds on the last, with simple, actionable steps you can start using right away to nurture your relationship.

Absolutely! Whether you're newlyweds or have been together for years, the Six Weeks to Us program is designed to meet you where you are. If you’re just starting out, you’ll lay a strong foundation for your marriage. If you’ve been together longer, you’ll gain new insights and skills to take your connection even deeper. It’s all about growing together, no matter where you start.

We truly value the personal journey of each couple, however you are not required to share any details of your relationship.  During the sessions, you’ll have access to designated Q&A time, and we encourage you to engage in any group discussions or activities. If you ever feel shy about speaking up, don’t worry—there are also private ways to reach out for guidance, and we’re always here to support you along the way. You will not be expected to share any of your personal challenges or marital journey with anyone.  

Great question! If you are participating virtually from your home, you won’t need anything complicated—just a quiet space where you can focus and be present with each other, without distractions. A computer with a camera and microphone and reliable internet is key. We’ll provide program materials. Having a pen and paper or notebook nearby for notes is always helpful, but most importantly, come with an open heart and a willingness to connect! 

If you are participating with a group in a parish hall or church, you may be asked to bring a pre-packaged snack or drink to share with the group. All other materials will be provided. In addition, a light jacket and layered clothing may be recommended for meeting room as temperature may vary.

Life happens, and we completely understand! If you miss a session, don’t worry—we record everything so you can watch it at your convenience. You’ll still be able to catch up on all the key information and exercises. And if you need to take a break at any point during the program, just let us know—we’re here to support you, and we want this to be a helpful and manageable experience for both of you.

The best way to know if the program is working is to check in with each other and notice how you’re feeling throughout the process. Are you communicating more openly? Are you finding new ways to connect or resolve conflicts? Even small shifts are important, and we’ll provide you with tools and check-ins along the way to track your progress.
